Mark Beilock, PMP has been in the product development and program management industry since 2008. In 2021, they began their current role as Director of Product Development and Director of Program Management at Outer. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager (New Products) at KeepCool from 2018 to 2021, a Program Manager and Project Manager at Casper from 2015 to 2018, a Project Manager and Operations/Logistics Manager at Quirky Inc from 2012 to 2015, a Head Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Marketing/Customer Care Intern at Better Energy Systems (Solio) from 2009 to 2012, and a Marine Mammal Trainer at Six Flags from 2008 to 2009.

Mark Beilock, PMP obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Biology Emphasis from the University of California, Davis in 2007. In November 2018, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
