Muhammad Bilal Arshad has a strong background in retail operations, sales management, and staff training. Muhammad Bilal started their career as a Branch Manager at Stylo Shoes in December 2010, then moved on to Ethnic By Outfitters as a Branch Manager from February 2012 to March 2013. Muhammad Bilal then joined Outfitters Stores as an Area Sales Manager, where they managed multiple retail stores and played a key role in brand management and customer excellence. Currently, they are working as the Regional Head of Retail Operations for Central Punjab at Outfitters, focusing on strategy formation, business development, and leading dedicated teams for successful store operations.

Muhammad Bilal Arshad pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Riphah International University from 2008 to 2010.
