Diego González Fernández

Diego Gonzalez is an experienced mechanical engineer with a background in battery pack development and product engineering. At Alta Motors from July 2013 to June 2015, Diego focused on battery analysis and testing, contributing to the manufacturing of proof-of-concept designs. Prior to that, Diego worked at Contour Energy Systems, Inc. from November 2010 to June 2013, where responsibilities included creating mechanical drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks, conducting cell testing, and overseeing transportation testing. Diego's career began as a mentor at GEAR UP from February 2009 to November 2010, guiding students in their educational journeys and organizing relevant events. Diego holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
