Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships at Outfront Media

Sean Flaherty has a wealth of experience in the media industry. Sean most recently worked at OUTFRONT Media as the Senior Director, Strategic Partnerships, where they managed and built new relationships and strategic partnerships across client and agency planning/strategy. Sean also advocated for the benefits of out of home media and discussed the growth of digital out of home (DOOH) platforms.

Prior to that, Sean served as an Account Director at Screenvision Media, leading the rebuilding of the cinema advertising business in the New York office after the Covid pandemic. Sean strategically developed marketing campaigns to effectively impact client's target consumers and redirect advertising budgets away from traditional broadcast and cable towards alternative out of home solutions.

Before their time at OUTFRONT Media and Screenvision Media, Sean worked at WarnerMedia as a Senior Account Executive, where they played a crucial role in growing advertising revenues across various advertisers and collaborated with multiple WarnerMedia sales leads to develop sales strategies.

Their earlier experience includes roles at Adult Swim, where they served as a Senior Account Executive and an Account Executive, managing relationships and growing advertising revenue for several brands across different ad platforms. Prior to that, Sean worked at CNN as an Account Executive, representing various news platforms and positioning CNN as a preferred destination to reach upscale viewers.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated expertise in building relationships, driving revenue growth, and developing strategic marketing campaigns.

Sean Flaherty obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Broadcast / Cable from Penn State University. In addition to their degree, they also hold additional certifications, including The Trade Desk Edge Academy Certified: Marketing Foundations from The Trade Desk, obtained in December 2022, and IAB Digital Media Sales Certification from IAB, obtained in September 2017.
