Brooks Pennington

Brooks Pennington has a wealth of experience in the business world. Brooks began their career in 2007 as Partner/General Manager of B & E Pine Straw, where they were responsible for quoting and distributing pine straw across Northeast Georgia, as well as managing 10 part-time employees. In 2009, they became the Owner of BP Pine Straw. In 2012, they joined Pennington Land & Investment Group as Chief Financial Officer and Investment Manager & Analyst, where they managed all aspects of business for 20 or so entities. In 2015, they became a Real Estate Sales Agent for NBC Realty in Madison, Georgia. In 2017, they became Managing Partner of Pennington & Pennington, LLC. In 2018, they co-founded Perco Equipment Rentals, LLC. In 2019, they became Land Specialist for Longleaf Realty Trust and Co-Founder of Outguided. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of Performance Polarized, LLC.

Brooks Pennington attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, General. Brooks then attended Mercer University - Stetson School of Business and Economics from 2012 to 2013, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business/Commerce, Entrepreneurship.
