Richard A. Fisher is a seasoned security professional with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Richard currently serves as an advisor at Outland, a leading provider of security solutions for the oil and gas industry.
Fisher began their career in security with Texaco in 1991, where they served for seven years as the company's corporate security director. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all security operations for Texaco's global operations.
In 1998, Fisher joined Burlington Resources as the company's director of corporate security. Richard held this position for eight years, during which time they oversaw Burlington's security operations both domestically and internationally.
In 2006, Fisher joined CB&I (now McDermott International) as the company's vice president of corporate security. Richard held this position for 15 years, during which time they oversaw CB&I's security operations worldwide. Fisher played a key role in protecting CB&I's employees, facilities, and assets from both external and internal threats.
