Bailie Salk

Bailie Salk is a Partner at Outlander VC since March 2023, involved in investments in notable companies such as Havoc and Gusto, and previously served as a Junior Partner contributing to over 150 investments that resulted in more than 15 unicorns. As a Co-Founder of Capital Collective since May 2023, Bailie Salk leads a network of young women venture capital investors. Previously, Bailie held roles as Chief of Staff at KeyPass, where operational efficiency was prioritized, and worked in venture capital and early stage investments at AlphaSights, supporting numerous global clients. Experience includes strategic initiatives at the Aerospace Industries Association and teaching assistance in the Computer Science Department at Brown University. Bailie Salk holds a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Policy from Brown University.
