Amy Trus has over 12 years of professional experience in marketing, growth, and lifecycle engagement. Amy began their career in 2008 as Co-Founder of BikeNow, Inc. From 2009 to 2018, they held various roles at The Washington Post, including Associate Marketing Manager and Marketing Analyst. In 2018, they joined MasterClass as a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager. In 2019, they moved to IPSY as Director of Lifecycle Marketing, where they defined the strategy, KPIs, and roadmap for a multi-channel lifecycle program. In 2021, they joined Outlier.org as Sr. Director and Head of Growth, and then Director of Growth and Director, Lifecycle Engagement.
Amy Trus graduated from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship and Finance, and a minor in Philosophy.
