宏雋 David 周 CHOU is a seasoned financial executive with extensive leadership experience. Serving as Chairman, Chief Supervisor, Deputy Chairman, and Secretary General at the Financial Executives Institute (FEI) since March 2002, David plays a pivotal role in a global organization representing over 20,000 financial executives. David is also a Partner at Seraph Group and Outliers Fund, contributing to diverse investment portfolios. Additionally, David holds board memberships with the Taipei Independent Directors' Association and Taiwan ITRI New Venture Association, while being the Founder of Columbia Venture Community Taiwan. Educational credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Economics and Geology from National Taiwan University.
