Entisar Dahan, MPM, PHR

Entisar Dahan, MPM, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Entisar currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. since January 2021. In their role, they oversee various HR processes and serves as a strategic partner to enhance business results and employee engagement.

Prior to their current position, Entisar worked at Outlook Therapeutics (formerly known as Oncobiologics) for ten years as the Senior Manager of Human Resources. Entisar successfully managed and administered HR processes such as talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, and leadership development. Additionally, they played a crucial role on the Executive Management Team, driving positive culture and employee engagement to advance the business.

Before joining Outlook Therapeutics, Entisar worked at Yemen Computer Company as a Computer Engineer from 1989 to 1996. Entisar'sresponsibilities included installing and maintaining computer systems, providing technical support, and training clients on various applications.

Throughout their career, Entisar has demonstrated their expertise in HR management and has actively contributed to the success of the organizations they have worked with.

Entisar Dahan, MPM, PHR has a solid education background. Entisar holds a Master's degree in Public Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to their Master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Engineering from the University of the Pacific. Moreover, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in August 2021.
