Ferenc Szalanczi

Ferenc Szalanczi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and supply chain excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Excellence at Outokumpu, Ferenc has held several pivotal positions, including VP Operations Terneuzen and Managing Director of Outokumpu Stainless BV. Prior roles include Lean Six Sigma Global Program Manager and Master Black Belt for EMEA and Americas at AkzoNobel, as well as European Engineering and Lean Manager at Partner in Pet Food (PPF). Ferenc also contributed as the Central Lean Champion at SCA Packaging and operates as a Freelance Lean Six Sigma expert.
