Sofia Nyman is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR roles, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Outokumpu since September 2017. Sofia has held various positions within the company including HR Business Partner and Head of HR Business Partner Avesta Operations, demonstrating expertise in labor law, talent management, leadership development, and workplace rehabilitation.
