Adam Holmwood has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Adam began their career as a Customer Service Advisor at B&Q, where they developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Adam then moved on to Carphone Warehouse as a Customer Consultant, where they further honed their people skills and provided excellent customer support. Adam's most recent and current role is with Outpost24, where they have held several positions within the Managed Services department. Adam started as a Managed Services Consultant, providing dedicated support to customers and taking on additional responsibilities such as training new staff and supporting peers. In their current role as Acting Head of Managed Services, Adam is responsible for overseeing the department's operations and ensuring a streamlined and efficient customer experience. Adam has also taken on the role of Head of Managed Services, demonstrating their growth and expertise within the company. Throughout their career, Adam has consistently sought opportunities for personal and professional development, expanding their knowledge in areas such as python coding, enterprise software, and API integrations.

Adam Holmwood attended Ridgeway school from 2004 to 2011. Adam did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during their time there. Following their education at Ridgeway school, Adam Holmwood enrolled at Plymouth University from 2011 to 2016. Adam pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc hons) degree in Computer and Information Security. Additionally, in April 2016, they obtained the certification of AME: Access Data Mobile Examiner from Access Data. In March of the same year, they also obtained the ACE certification of Access Data Examiner from the same institution.
