Don Kelloway

Don Kelloway has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Don started their career as a Security Professional at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts and later worked as a Technical Support Representative at Stream International, providing support for Compaq Computer Corporation and Microsoft Corporation. Don then transitioned to On Technology, Corp. where they provided technical support for Notework Electronic Mail and daVinci Mail software products.

Don joined Elron Software in 1997 and held various roles, including Technical Support Engineer, Escalation Engineer, and Senior Escalation Engineer. Don provided support for Elron Firewall, Web Inspector, Message Inspector, and Anti-Virus. Don also conducted product training for coworkers, resellers, and customers.

Don later founded their own company, Commodon Communications, which specialized in network consultation and internet security with a focus on content-filtering solutions. Don served clients such as Cyberguard, Inc., Zix Corporation, Elron Software, and various other organizations.

Don Kelloway then worked at Cyberguard as a Senior Escalation Engineer, providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support for their software products, including Mail Inspector and Web Inspector. Don also conducted site visits, responded to RFI/RFPs, and delivered technical presentations.

At Core Security Technologies, Don held the position of Senior Systems Engineer/Lead Trainer. Don worked closely with the sales team to establish relationships with potential customers. In addition to delivering technical presentations and participating in sales activities, Don developed and delivered the Core Impact Certified Professional (CICP) Training program.

Don joined Pwnie Express, an Outpost24 company, as a Senior Systems Engineer/Lead Trainer. Don played a pivotal role in the pre-sales cycle, assisting with the implementation and sales of Pwnie Express products and services. Don also delivered technical presentations, conducted site visits, and presented at trade shows and conferences. Additionally, they were responsible for post-sales activities, including content and delivery of Pwnie Training to existing customers and providing technical support.

Don's most recent role is as a Senior Security Engineer and Pulse Subject Matter Expert (SME) at Outpost24. As part of the Managed Services team, they utilize their expertise to ensure the security of clients' systems.

Don Kelloway attended Curry College and studied Computer Crime Investigations & Computer Forensics. Don also studied Business Management at Curry College. In addition, Don Kelloway briefly attended Northeastern University in 1991 and studied Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). Don Kelloway also studied Electro/Mechanical Drafting Technology at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
