Matt Ritchie

Matt Ritchie serves as the Director of Partnerships at Outreach, Inc., starting in April 2023, where responsibilities include assisting ministry leaders in engaging their communities with effective marketing tools. Prior to this role, Matt was the Small Groups Pastor at Church of the Highlands from November 2019 to April 2023, achieving a 10% increase over goals for small groups in fall 2022 and implementing a more efficient structure that utilized small group leaders' strengths. Matt also owned Cultivate Landscape Management, LLC from February 2016 to November 2019, where 220 landscape accounts were established, and all operational aspects, including sales, employee recruitment and training, client relations, and project management, were managed. Matt holds a degree in Ministry and Leadership with a focus on Marketplace Ministry from Highlands College, earned between January 2013 and May 2015.
