Tanisha P.'s work experience begins in 2013 when they served as a Private First Class in the United States Army National Guard. In 2015, they worked as an Advocate trainee at Casa Family Systems for a brief period. From January to February 2018, they were a Co Facilitator at Girls Who Code, where they encouraged young girls to learn coding and make a positive impact in their community. In 2017, Tanisha worked as a Jr Software Developer at Deep Dive Coding, where they collaborated with a team to develop a software application called "ABQ infrastructure."
