JT Mapel is a seasoned professional in creative strategy and client services, currently serving as SVP Director of Creative Strategy at Outrider since February 2023. Previously, JT held the same title at Faction, which transitioned to Outrider, from April 2021 to February 2023. JT’s extensive experience includes consulting for Avoca Communications, focusing on brand and agency strategy, as well as serving as VP Client Service at Epsilon, where responsibilities involved strategic agency growth and client relationship management. JT has also contributed to business development at AGENCY/NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT and led client relations at Sponge, significantly impacting agency revenue. A long-standing tenure at DDB saw JT in the role of SVP Group Business Director, managing key accounts for major brands such as Anheuser-Busch.
