Jenny Chapman is currently the Operations and Compliance Lead at Outset Group. Prior to this, Jenny worked as a Legal Assistant at Blanchards Bailey LLP and as a Service Delivery & Contract Manager, BPO F&A Services at Akzo Nobel Decorative Coatings. With experience in competition/commercial support at Eversheds Sutherland and special projects in corporate mergers & acquisitions at Imperial Chemical Industries PLC, Jenny has a strong background in managing and improving service delivery in challenging environments. Jenny's earlier roles at Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) in the in-house legal department also contributed to their expertise in various legal aspects.
