Ivan Lai

Ivan Lai has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Ivan has held various senior leadership positions in supply chain and operations management, including roles at Outset Medical, Inc., Dexcom, Stryker, St. Jude Medical, Abbott Vascular, and Biosense Webster. Ivan has also worked as a supply chain management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Additionally, they founded and served as CEO of ILC Consulting, providing supply chain and operations consulting services to medical device companies. Ivan has a proven track record of successfully implementing strategy, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing supply chain processes. Ivan has also served as a board member for the LogiMed conference, the largest medical device supply chain conference in North America. In 2019, Ivan took a year off to travel the world with their family.

Ivan Lai has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management, obtained from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, from 1998 to 1999. Ivan also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering from Cornell University, earned from 1994 to 1998. In addition, Ivan Lai has a certification as a Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS, although the date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
