Elizabeth Dana Smith is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in technology transactions, business development, and healthcare law. Currently serving as a Partner at Outside GC LLC since August 2018, Elizabeth has held notable positions including Attorney at Axiom and Sr. Associate Director of Technology Transactions at Harvard University's Office of Technology Development. Prior to these roles, Elizabeth practiced as an Attorney at Edwards, Angell, Palmer & Dodge and Nixon Peabody, and held a director position in business development and legal affairs at NeoGenesis Pharmaceuticals. Elizabeth began their career as a Clinical Trial Associate at Partners Healthcare.
