Jason Karp

Jason Karp is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently, Karp serves as a Partner at Outside GC LLC and as Founder and Head Longevity Coach at The Long Haul Coach, while also fulfilling the role of Founder and Board Member at The Public Safety Network. Previous positions include Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Human Capital Officer at Affinaquest, as well as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Counsel at Qumu Corporation. Karp has also held executive roles with Allerio, the Public Safety Technology Alliance, and First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet), where responsibilities spanned legal compliance and strategic development in public safety technology. Karp’s career began with Accenture, managing global ethics programs and legal services. Karp holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Duke University.
