Jordan Karp

Jordan Karp is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience in various industries. Currently a Partner at Outside GC LLC since August 2014, Jordan Karp leads an alternative law firm that provides on-demand general counsel services. Previously, Jordan Karp served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at PharmAthene, overseeing legal, government contracting, HR, and corporate development. Earlier roles include Division General Counsel at Constellation NewEnergy and General Counsel at Mentor Technologies Group. Jordan Karp's legal career began as an Associate Attorney at Hogan & Hartson, followed by a judicial law clerk position for Chief Judge Dolores K. Sloviter at the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a Bachelor’s degree from The Johns Hopkins University.
