David Butkus

David Butkus is an accomplished Senior Production Manager at Outside since May 2021, previously serving as Production Manager at Outside Television from January 2014 to May 2021, where oversight of operational and production needs for National programming was a key responsibility. David held the position of Selectman for the Town of Bethlehem, CT, from November 2013 to December 2019, managing various administrative duties including drafting ordinances and overseeing town welfare services. As a Production Manager and Line Producer at Blink Productions from January 2005 to October 2013, David contributed to high-profile marketing campaigns for NBC Sports Network featuring major events such as FORMULA 1 and the TOUR DE FRANCE. Prior to this, David served as a Cryptologist in the US Navy from October 1996 to March 2005.
