Becky Crowder

Becky Crowder, MPA, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and management consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at OutSolve, Crowder focuses on ensuring compliance with various regulations and providing support in compensation analysis and audits. Prior to this role, Crowder founded and led The Austin Peters Group, Inc., delivering strategic consulting services to both public and private sector clients for over 24 years. Previous positions include Administrative Services Manager for the City of Merriam, Kansas, where Crowder managed human resource functions, and Management Consultant for the University of Tennessee, assisting with policy development and compliance. Early career experience includes roles as Management Assistant for the City of Janesville, Wisconsin, and Budget Analyst for Johnson County.
