Sarah Chan

Sarah Chan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, security, and client services. Currently serving as the National Training Officer at Outsource Financial since April 2022, Sarah supports the Head of Training and Education to enhance the growth of mortgage broking businesses through training and coaching. Previous roles include Relationship Manager at the same organization, Protective Service Officer at the Australian Federal Police, and various positions within law enforcement and client services, such as Sheriff's Officer at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice and Home Loan Manager at eChoice. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Studies in Psychology from Swinburne University of Technology and has undergone training at the Australian Federal Police College and the Office of the Sheriff of New South Wales Training Academy.
