Celeste Opaco is an experienced Senior Customer Success Manager at OutSystems since May 2021, previously serving as a Senior Consultant at Avanade from October 2013 to May 2021. At Avanade, Celeste excelled in client relationship building and maintenance, focusing on maximizing client business value through SharePoint solutions and providing exceptional customer support. Celeste was instrumental in leading application maintenance teams, mentoring individuals with minimal technical backgrounds, and successfully delivering projects under resource constraints.
