Katie Shaw

Katie Shaw is a skilled professionals with extensive experience in human resources and people management. Currently serving as a People Success Manager at OutSystems since April 2022, Katie has previously held HR Generalist positions at Novo Nordisk and The Neighborhoods of EYA, as well as a Senior HR Administrator role at Genzyme, a Sanofi company. Katie began their career as an Assistant to the Senior Director of Industry and Business Strategy at Autodesk. Katie holds a BA in Philosophy with a minor in English from Gettysburg College, completed in 2011.
