Luis Paulino has extensive experience in security management and information technology, currently serving as the Head of Security Process & Innovation at OutSystems since May 2014, where strategic initiatives to enhance security customer experience are led. Prior roles include Sr. Security Manager and Security Office Lead, focusing on improving cyber resilience and compliance with various security standards. Earlier positions include Cloud Team Lead at OutSystems, Software Engineer at Novabase, and various consulting roles at Accenture Technology Solutions and Agap2, among others. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
