Wayne N. Outten

Wayne Outten is the Chair and Managing Partner at Outten & Golden LLP, a role held since September 1998. As a co-founder of LINEE - The Lawyers International Network for Employees and Executives since 2012, Wayne Outten has contributed to a global network focused on representing executives and employees. Additionally, Wayne co-founded and serves as President of Workplace Fairness, promoting information on employee rights and workplace fairness. Active in the American Bar Association's Labor & Employment Law Section since 1982 and as a co-chair of several committees, Wayne Outten has also been involved with the National Employment Lawyers Association and International Referral since the mid-1980s. Wayne Outten holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.S. in Business from Drexel University.
