Benny Callaghan

Benny Callaghan is an experienced facilitator, consultant, and coach specializing in systems facilitation, program design, and leadership coaching to assist government agencies and communities in managing complex change. With a robust history in social innovation, Benny served as the founding CEO of the School for Social Entrepreneurs Australia and has held various roles including National Partnerships Manager at Outward Bound Australia and non-executive director positions on multiple boards. Currently, Benny is focused on consulting for Outward Bound Australia to enhance programs following major disruptions from bushfires and COVID-19, alongside independent consulting work that began in 2012. Benny's educational background includes a Professional Certified Coach Program from the International Coach Academy and a Master of Education from Deakin University.
