Charlotte Pywell-Fryett currently serves as Assistant Principal at Outwood Grange Academies Trust, leading Behaviour and Culture since April 2022. Previous roles include Senior Education Associate and Education Associate at The Skills Builder Partnership, contributing to the development of the Skills Builder Education Network and supporting essential skills education in the North East. At St Joseph's Catholic Academy, Charlotte led pupil premium strategy and established character and enrichment programmes. As Assistant Vice Principal at Unity City Academy Trust, significant improvements were made in behaviour and community engagement. Early career experience includes teaching French and working in various educational roles, as well as a trainee with the European Commission and analyst at the Centre for Industrial Growth. Charlotte Pywell-Fryett holds a Doctor of Education degree in Collective Impact, Social Mobility, and Education from the University of Newcastle, along with a Master’s in Educational Leadership from the University of Warwick and a Teach First PGCE in Secondary MFL from Northumbria University.
