Jamee E.

Jamee E. has extensive experience in the field of human resources, spanning over two decades. They began their career at FlipChip International in 2000 as a Human Relations Manager, where they implemented various programs such as new hire orientation redesign, performance management processes, and talent management initiatives. They also designed and delivered training programs for mid-level managers and implemented a peer recognition program. In 2010, Jamee E. joined Amazon as a Human Resources Manager, where they were responsible for strategic initiatives, employee engagement programs, talent acquisition, and restructuring of new hire orientation. They also designed compliance programs and succession planning initiatives. In 2015, Jamee E. joined Tovar Snow Professionals as the Director of Human Resources. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Outworx Group since 2022. With their diverse work experience and expertise in HR, Jamee E. has successfully managed various aspects of human resources and contributed to the development and growth of organizations.

Jamee E. started their education journey in 2007 when they enrolled at the University of Phoenix. Jamee completed their Associates of Business Administration degree in Business Management in 2009. After that, Jamee went on to pursue higher education at Arizona State University, where they acquired their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Development in 2012.
