Becca Chacon has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Becca most recently worked at OvalEdge as an Events Manager & Marketing Coordinator. Prior to that, they held the position of Data Governance Executive at the same company. Becca also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the San Francisco Art Institute in both 2019 and 2020. In 2017, they joined Williams-Sonoma, Inc. as a Design Specialist, where they not only facilitated and sold new designs and furnishings but also took on a teaching role by educating other designers and training associates. Before that, Becca was an Intern at the Timken Museum, where they performed sales and customer service duties, assisted with supply chain development, vendor management, and scanned catalogue records. Becca also worked as a Research Assistant at San Diego State University, where they analyzed photographic images focused on the decaying city of Detroit.
Becca Chacon completed their Bachelor's degree in Fine and Studio Arts at San Diego State University from 2013 to 2017. After that, they pursued a Master's Fine Art degree at the San Francisco Art Institute from 2018 to 2020. Becca then further advanced their education by completing a Master of Arts degree in Visual and Critical Studies at the California College of the Arts from 2020 to 2021.
