Chelsea N. Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chelsea N. began their career as a Store Manager at Bath & Body Works and White Barn from September 2003 to February 2010. From there, Chelsea transitioned to Trader Joe's, where they held the position of Mate (assistant manager) from October 2008 to October 2018. In this role, they assisted the Captain in store functions, coached and developed the crew, and managed a team of 80-125 employees.

In 2018, Chelsea joined Katy Responds, a community disaster recovery organization, as the Director of Administration. Chelsea N.'sresponsibilities included building relationships with churches, business leaders, and community influencers to raise awareness of long-term disaster recovery needs. During their tenure, they developed skills in grant writing, fluency in Xero, budget management, grant reporting, recruitment, and donor management. Chelsea held this position until September 2022.

Currently, Chelsea is a Project Manager at Ovation Data, where they have been working since November 2022.

Chelsea N. Lucas attended Cypress College from 2003 to 2007, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. From 2022 to 2024, they pursued a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Houston Community College.
