Adah Henville has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career in 2007 as an Assistant Manager/Studio Associate at Picture People, where they were responsible for managing funds, maintaining a clean studio, and providing excellent customer service.
In 2011, Adah joined AAA Mid-Atlantic as a Receptionist, where they operated a call distribution system, represented AAA products and services, and effectively managed store traffic.
Later in 2011, Adah worked as a Customer Service Call Center Representative at Ultimate Staffing Services. In this role, they delivered exceptional customer care, accurately entered information into the system, provided technical support, and performed reporting tasks.
From 2015 to 2018, Adah held various roles at First Data Merchant Services, including Team Lead and Associate Contact Center Technical Specialist. They answered customer inquiries, responded to merchant requests, and provided technical support.
At Fiserv from 2019 to 2021, Adah worked as an Escalation Specialist, assisting with training new hires, collaborating on group projects, and creating detailed process documents.
Currently, Adah is working as a Technical Support Associate at OvationCXM, starting in 2022.
Throughout their career, Adah has demonstrated strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Adah Henville attended Hagerstown Community College from 2009 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in High School with a focus on General Studies.
