Bonnie Gross began their work experience in 1986 as the VP of Marketing at Fingerhut, where they worked until 2001. Bonnie then joined Target Corporation, starting as the VP of Media and Database Marketing and later becoming the VP of Digital Marketing and CRM. At Target, they were responsible for direct and digital marketing, loyalty marketing, SEM, SEO, and Social Business Strategy. In 2014, they joined Ovative/group as the EVP of Talent Operations.
Bonnie Gross has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota. Bonnie also holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
