Jalen Wight is a Display and Paid Social Analyst at Ovative Group since June 2021, previously serving as a Display and Paid Social Intern within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as a Paid Social Senior Analyst at Leeman Decorating, where Jalen managed client expectations in painting projects while delivering high-quality service. As a Marketing Intern at CrossFit, LLC, Jalen developed a marketing plan and social media strategy that increased gym membership. Additionally, Jalen worked as a Field Manager at The Wilds Golf Club, overseeing a team responsible for maintenance tasks. Jalen holds a degree in Economics, Business/Managerial Economics from the University of St. Thomas, completed in 2022.
