Ben Sweet has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ben started their career in 2003 as a Self Employed mortgage broker at The Mortgage Mint, where they focused on wealth creation and tax-efficient strategies. Ben later merged The Mortgage Mint with WealthPartners Financial Solutions. From 2005 to 2007, they served as the Manager of Debt Advice at WealthPartners Financial Solutions.
Ben then became a Professional Day Trader from 2007 to 2010, trading foreign currencies, stocks, CFDs, and options. Ben managed multiple trading strategies, conducted technical and fundamental analysis, and applied research and analytics to execute strategies. Ben also formed a group of local traders for knowledge sharing.
In 2010, Ben worked as an Advertising Sales Team Leader at News Corp Australia, and from 2011 to 2012, they served as an Account Executive (Forex & CFD Specialist) at GFT Markets.
In 2012, Ben pursued trading and job hunting on a personal level while looking for a stable career role. Ben then briefly worked as a Sales & Operations Manager at Leading Edge Energy in 2012, where they audited and re-engineered operational infrastructure and developed sales strategies.
From 2015 to 2017, Ben worked at Commonwealth Bank as a Review Manager in the Open Advice Review program. Their responsibilities included restoring trust with customers, providing information on the review programs, and standardizing procedures. Ben also achieved various accomplishments, such as participating in mentor programs, creating training materials, and leading continuous improvement committees.
In 2013, Ben co-founded MojoGuru.com.au, a website that features Australia's best health, wellness, and beauty providers. Ben served as the Co-Founder and General Manager, focusing on research-backed content.
Since 2017, Ben has been working at Ovatu as the Head of Customer Success. Their role involves reengineering customer-related processes for efficiency and scalability, leading the global customer team, and continuously improving customer experiences.

Ben Sweet attended Mosman Church of England Preparatory School from 1977 to 1983, where they completed their primary education with a focus on general studies. From 1983 to 1987, they studied at The Scots College Bellevue Hill, where they completed both primary and secondary education, again with a focus on general studies. Afterwards, from 1987 to 1989, they attended SCECGS Redlands Cremorne for their secondary education. Ben then enrolled at Seaforth TAFE from 1993 to 1994 and obtained a Certificate in Small Business Administration/Management.
