Arie-Willem Bijl

Arie-Willem Bijl is an experienced advisor and initiator in public policy, strategic consulting, and sustainable development. Currently serving as an advisor at Over Morgen since August 2015 and as a warmteregisseur for the Warmte Koude programma Metropoolregio Amsterdam since September 2018, Arie-Willem also operates Titaannetwerk, a consultancy founded in 2006 that focuses on decision-making in public policy, and initiates the FloatingLife project, promoting sustainable floating cities. Previous experience includes serving as a political member of the executive board in the City of Almere from 1999 to 2006 and coordinating the XminusY Solidarity Fund from 1995 to 1998, driving growth in grassroots organizational support. Arie-Willem's educational background includes studies in sociology at the University of Amsterdam and business management and marketing.
