Ellen Hoffman is currently the CFO at C. Overaa & Co. and has extensive experience in accounting, risk management, information technology, and HR. Prior to this role, Ellen worked at Palazzolo & Associates as an Associate specializing in maritime business consulting. Ellen spent a significant part of their career at Matson Navigation, where Ellen held various positions such as Director of FP&A, regional controller, and internal audit manager. Ellen began their career as an Auditor at Laventhol & Horwath after obtaining their BS in Business/Accounting from California State University - East Bay.
