Juan Andrés Berón

As Chief Financial Officer, Juan’s responsibilities make sure he interacts with many areas of the company and his main responsibilities are to provide leadership and direction, as well as, manage Overactive’s Finance and Accounting teams.

He also provides strategic financial recommendations to the CEO and members of the Executive Management team, focusing mostly on financial forecasts, overall expenditures and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting, making him a crucial asset to the long-term business and financial planning of the company.

Juan graduated from UDELAR with a degree in Accounting in 2008 and completed post graduate studies on Taxes from Uruguay’s ORT University in 2012. Five years later, he obtained his diploma in General and Corporate Finance from the IAE Business School.
