Heather Flores, PsyD, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Group Facilitator at Forum since March 2024, leading virtual parenting groups for parents of struggling teens. Since June 2023, Heather has also been the Director of Programs at PROJECT IMPACT USA, where responsibilities include overseeing program activities linked to the LA County DMH contract, ensuring compliance with funding sources, and managing staff development and performance. As President and Founding Counselor of 805 Counseling & Consulting LLC, Heather provides individual, family, and group counseling rooted in a faith-based approach. Additional roles include serving as an author for Overcomers Counseling and CEO of Empowered Living Ministries and Counseling, a non-profit focused on faith-based counseling for incarcerated men and their families. Heather's previous experience encompasses various clinical positions in correctional and treatment settings. Education includes a Doctor of Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Doctor of Divinity in Christian Counseling from Summit Bible College, among other qualifications.
