Elaine Robinson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and risk management within the legal sector. Currently serving as the Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP), Executive Director, and Solicitor at Overdales Legal Limited since March 2021, and Lowell Solicitors Limited since February 2018, Elaine oversees regulatory compliance and complaints handling while managing compliance teams in both firms. Previous roles include Head of Compliance at Emsleys Solicitors Limited and Lexcel Assessor & Compliance Consultant at CompLex Legal, where Elaine provided support for SRA compliance.
