Alicia Adams

Alicia Adams is a dedicated librarian with extensive experience in youth services and public outreach. Currently serving as a Digital Content Librarian at OverDrive since July 2023, Alicia previously worked at Akron-Summit County Public Library from March 2007 to June 2023 in various roles, including Librarian in the Youth Services Department, where responsibilities included assisting patrons with reference questions and organizing youth programming. Alicia also contributed as a Public Service Assistant in the Mobile Services Department and as a Substitute Public Service Assistant, providing library services to diverse communities. Alicia holds a Master of Library & Information Science from Kent State University, as well as a Master of Music in Music Business and Entertainment Industries from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Kent State University.
