Paul Barnes

Paul Barnes is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in product management, strategy, and consulting. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of Overe.io since February 2023, Barnes leads the development of an automated SaaS Security platform. Additional roles include serving as an advisor for R6 Security Inc. and providing consultancy services to tech companies through Smart Confidence. Prior positions include VP of Product at Blackpoint Cyber and VP of Product Management, Strategy & UX at OpenText, where Barnes focused on endpoint security, backup, and disaster recovery. The career also features significant tenures at Webroot and Prevx, contributing to product management and development in cybersecurity. Barnes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Staffordshire.
