Hector Solis is an experienced professional specializing in regulatory affairs and technical services within the food industry. Currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Overhill Farms since May 2016, Hector previously held the position of Technical Services and Regulatory Affairs Manager at Huxtable's Kitchen, Inc. from October 2005 to May 2016. Hector earned a Master’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from the Instituto Tecnológico de Tepic in 2003 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Food Science from the same institution in 2002.
