Steve Englander

Steve Englander is the current Director of National Accounts at Overhill Farms. Prior to this, they were the General Manager of North America for Frial Inc. from March 2012 to March 2013. Frial is a leading manufacturer of private label frozen food to the grocery industry. Before that, they were the Vice President of Marketing for Morningstar Foods from September 1996 to July 1998.

In March 2013, they joined Cocktail Crafters, LLC & Kettle Cooked Crafters, LLC as the Senior Vice President of Sales. Cocktail Crafters, LLC is a company which has a license agreement with Brinker International for the use of the Chili’s brand name in the ready to drink Margarita cocktail and Cooking sauce categories. During their time there, they were responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive and synergistic three tier go to market strategy that gained distribution in over 30 liquor distributors in 30 states in less than 100 days. Steve also won 2013 Best New Product at Global Wine and Spirits convention. For Kettle Cooked Crafters, LLC, they gained national distribution in the Kroger company banner of stores on three SKU’s starting June of 2015. Steve also managed packaging and product development with Brinker Internationals culinary team in the development of nine line items of Chili’s Bold Cooking Sauces.

Steve Englander has an educational career in marketing and marketing management. Steve is currently an adjunct professor at Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business. Steve also has an MBA from Babson College. Their undergraduate degree is in marketing from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
