Head of Synopsis Projects at Intouch with Health

Victoria Dand has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Victoria currently serves as the Head of Synopsis Partnerships at VitalHub UK since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Intouch with Health as the Head of Synopsis Projects starting from August 2019. In this role, they managed projects related to the hospital perioperative process and was responsible for implementation and delivery of new businesses and maintaining the current Synopsis customer base.

Before joining Intouch with Health, Victoria worked at Synopsis Healthcare as the Head of Client Success from February 2016 until August 2019, when the company was acquired by Intouch with Health. In this role, they worked closely with pre-assessment clinical teams in hospitals across the UK to introduce and support the transition to digital platforms. Victoria brought their regulatory and operational training and utilized Lean Sigma Tools to meet client needs.

Victoria's work experience also includes serving as an Independent Business Owner of a retail food and drink business from May 2015 to January 2016. Prior to that, they worked at Perrigo Company plc as a Technical Operation Project Manager and Project Manager from April 2010 to March 2015, where they collaborated with multidisciplinary teams to resolve product development and manufacturing issues and led technology transfer projects.

Earlier in their career, Victoria worked as a Research & Development Chemist at Corrocoat Limited from April 2008 to April 2010. In this role, they planned and undertook R&D work for the anti-corrosive paints industry and provided support for investigations during production. Victoria also worked as a Site Chemist at Viridor Waste Management from November 2006 to April 2008.

Throughout their career, Victoria has gained experience in project management, client success, technical operations, and research and development.

Victoria Dand obtained a BSc degree in Chemistry with Pharmaceutical and Forensic Science from the University of Bradford, which they attended from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed their A levels in Chemistry, Biology, and Maths at Tre-Gib comprehensive school from 1996 to 2003. In terms of additional certifications, Victoria obtained a First Aid (PFA) certification from Core Teaching Solutions in May 2019, a Barista certification from Limini Coffee in April 2015, a Level 2 in Food Hygiene and Safety certification from Qualifi Ltd in January 2015, a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service from Skills first in December 2014, a Personal Alcohol License in October 2014, and a Green Belt in Lean Sigma from Perrigo Company plc in January 2014.
