Kendra Johnson Blachly

Kendra Johnson Blachly is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient safety and quality management. Currently serving as the Manager of Clinic Patient Safety & Quality at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics since September 2017, Kendra oversees a team of five, implements value-based payment models, and enhances safety protocols across multiple service lines. Previous roles include Supervisor of Clinic Patient Safety & Quality, Patient Safety Consultant, and Quality Improvement Consultant at Overlake, as well as a Process Improvement Analyst at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Kendra holds a Master of Public Health in Health Services Administration from East Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and International Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
