Neil Burgheimer

Neil Burgheimer currently serves as Facilities Manager at Overlake Hospital, where notable accomplishments include the successful management of a full utility power shutdown critical for a major hospital expansion. Previously, Neil held the position of Facilities Manager at Adelante Healthcare, leading initiatives to standardize design across projects and enhance security systems across multiple clinics. Neil’s prior experience includes four years as Senior Instructional Designer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, where skills in instructional design, training development, and learner assessment were honed. Additionally, Neil served as a Petty Officer First Class in the US Navy, overseeing maintenance operations and logistics. Neil possesses an MBA and a BS in Information Technology, both from the University of Phoenix, along with additional education from East Valley Academy and East Valley Institute of Technology.
